Foundations for me are the trickiest.. I absolutely hate the plastered/caked look and am a strong believer that texture should be seen through your base.
‘Mii Cosmetics’ is a fairly new brand that offer a pretty versatile look in the world of forever changing cosmetics, with a choice to either go mineral or not for that very reason Mii have a huge thumbs up from me.
The ‘Illuminating Face Base SPF 15′ really is a lovely light foundation. Almost like a tinted moisturiser with much better properties. The finish is amazing, a perfectly even and dewy look is what you get every time. At first glance the formula looks very thick and you may need to choose a colour that looks way darker than you need, but as soon as you have buffed it in you will notice how perfect the match is due to its dewy nature.

Now, we have all experienced the streaks that a regular foundation brush leaves. Its annoying and time consuming to rectify, ‘Mii Cosmetics’ have decided to create the ‘Miracle Base’ brush, it very much resembles a Kabuki brush and gives the BEST and even finish. You simply dot foundation around your face and take the brush and buffer it in circular motions. GENIUS! It’s the best foundation brush I’ve EVER used!! FACT!!

Oh this is the one you mentioned to me earlier! Looks gorgeous – totally with you on loving foundations that look like skin but better! This brush sounds amazing too. Where are these products available from?
