Admittedly so far, these are the best false strip lashes I have worn. The band is super thin which gives a more natural look. They are easy to apply and last quite long. Thumbs up from me . The styles range from everyday pop to louder and large.

Whats the best strip lashes you’ve used?

It’s no secret that my ‘applying eyeliner’ skills are VERY poor! So when I was sent the new YSL Shocking eyeliner to review I thought what better time to practice my eye calligraphy than now?

The brush is super flexible allowing you to create either a thin or thick line all depending on the pressure and angle you use, I was able to create the neatest line (with flicks may I add) which left me pretty chufffed. The liner dries matte black and isn’t as ‘black’ as most liners, which to me is the only downfall however a do over darkens the colour with ease.

Have you tried any of the YSL ‘Shocking’ products?

I was rather excited to see on British Beauty Blogger that NARS will be launching a tinted moisturiser. Pure radiance will be available in 9 shades and will contain an SPF30 and anti-ageing ingredients. I’m a big fan of NARS and an even bigger fan of light coverage, I’m looking forward to giving this a try.

Fashion really is the forefront of everything now days. Be it programmes like ‘The Hills’, ‘Gossip Girl’, ’90210′ or reality shows like ‘Goks Fashion Fix’, ‘How to look good Naked’ and ‘Bigger Than’. They all have one thing in common ‘FASHION’.

Although I cant say I’m a huge fan of reality T.V, shows like Big Brother just anger me however style shows always tickle my fancy. I couldn’t have been more excited to hear about ‘The Style Networks’ ‘Before Meets After’, a whole season of all things girly from ‘SATC’, ‘Clean House – new York’, ‘Style Exposed’ to ‘Whose Wedding Is It Anyway’.  A whole month dedicated to my kind of reality T.V, the inspirational kind.

Encouraging those much needed January clear outs that we all hate but know we need, style programmes like ‘How Do I Look’ can be quite inspiring. The New Year always brings the hope of a fresh start whether it be a new Job or to better ourselves. So I say why not make a date with your best girlfriends crack a bottle of Wine and get in some healthy munchies.. (you know that healthy M&S popcorn kind) and have an evening of girly fabulousness with ‘The Style Network’

If you know me at all you’ll know I’m not a big fan of MAC, in fact i’m pretty sure this is the first time that anything MAC has actually been featured on my blog apart from news posts on certain collections. My reasoning?… well its quite simple really, 10 years ago MAC products were a lot better in quality. After hearing about new shades and formulations I decided to bite the bullet and make some purchases.

I chose the Face & Body foundation as I do not like a very full on coverage for every day. (I like that ‘I just woke up and my skin looks like this look’) and I chose some new blushers that are new on the scene. ‘Warm Sou’ is a great light colour to make the cheek bones stand out and to give that extra bit of shimmer and ‘Breezy’ was a great way for me to try and venture into some more exciting blush shades.

Ill do a proper review on each item a little later down once i’ve had a good play with them thoroughly.

What other MAC products do I need in my life, tell me!

Mii Cosmetics Moisturising Lip Lover is a great blend of colour and moisture. The colour ranges are lovely and the lipstick really is moisturtastic! Lasting power is good but not as good as i’d want it to be however the high level of moisture out ways a few top up applications.

A few nights ago I was invited down to the #Dietcokegetglam launch at the spittlefields Benefit store. The Diet Coke was flowing and it was mini makeovers heaven. The lovely Darren who is based at the Covent Garden store did his magic on my monkey bush eyebrows (Oh the relief) and I caught up with some of my favourite beautynista’s for a good old chin wag.

Upon leaving I was handed a huge heavy box which the Benefit girls were so excited about us bloggers opening. I didn’t want to spoil the surprise so I opened mine when I got home. It is by far one of the MOST amazing press gifts I have EVER received, thank you so much Benefit Chica’s.
